How do I secure my date?

A signed contract & 20% retainer of total services will secure your wedding date. To start the process please hit our book now button where you can fill out our inquiry form. From there we will send you additional information & begin the process. *If you are less than 12 weeks from your wedding date a 50% retainer fee will be due.

Where do I find out more about your wedding planning, content creation + design services?

Visit our sister company Weddings with Verve to learn more about how to have our wedding planning team there to ensure you are a guest at your own wedding!

Do you offer lashes?

Absolutely! We do not charge additional for lashes for the bride or any additional guests.

Do you work with hair extensions?

Now you’re speaking our language! Yes, we offer our favorite quality hair extensions for rent or for purchase for your wedding day. We cannot guarantee results when working with your own extensions. There is a reason we choose the hair we do and we custom color and length match you as well. We know our hair will mimic the texture of natural hair as well as hold up throughout the evening.

If you do choose to bring your own hair extensions we will give you strict prep instructions & cannot guarantee longevity depending on the hair quality.

Are there travel fees?

There is never a travel fee north of route 78 in NJ. If you are getting ready beyond the NJ border or south of route 78 there may be a travel fee. If so, you will know at the time of inquiring/booking.

My flower girl would like her hair done, do you offer flower girl services?

Yes, we don’t discriminate, we offer services for anyone willing to sit in our chair looking to be glammed up! Our service costs are the same for all guests regardless of age, hair length, hair texture or look chosen.

May I book a trial before signing a contract?

Trials are held 3-4 months prior to your wedding date, after your contract has been signed and artists have been secured. Your trial will be booked with your same wedding day artist. If you do not feel comfortable signing after reading what past brides have said and checking our Instagram we may not be the best fit for you (& that’s okay)! You should only sign off with companies that you feel confident about booking with that showcase the style you are going for.

Where & when do trials take place?

All trials take place at Verve Studio. We are located at 170 E Hanover Ave, Cedar Knolls NJ 07927 - suite 27. We are inside of the Sola Salons building (same lot as Pet Supplies Plus) Trials are held on weekdays (M-Th) 10-3pm. Trials are not held on weekends due to off-site weddings/events.

Do you also do cuts/color?

Don’t threaten us with a good time. Kristi also owns Verve Studio which is a studio with a personalized experience located in Cedar Knolls (Morristown) NJ. Do I get to choose my artist?

Don’t fret! I’ve you’ve reached out & put down the name of the past bride who referred you we will always default to the artists who serviced them first. If they are not available we will book you with an artist of similar style. We cannot accommodate specific requests due to the nature of our team & booking process. You are in amazing hands with anyone on our team & we all have a very similar style (think soft, romantic & the best version of yourself!).

Are there portfolios available?

Our Instagram is one giant portfolio. We have a large team and do not keep individual portfolios/IGs for each artist. Everyone on our team is highly trained & bridal specific so we would never steer you in the wrong direction. If you love our unfiltered & unedited Instagram feed….you’ll love the in person experience even better!

What is your covid postponement/cancellation policy?

Your contract will have specific clauses to postponing, cancelling & force majeure. Each situation is treated differently to protect both you and us (as any contract should). If there is an event which falls under force majeure 100% of your payments made will transfer to your new date. If you choose to postpone your wedding and it does not fall under force majeure, all payments made with the exception of your non-refundable/non-transferable retainer will transfer over. If you cancel completely and choose not to have your event on your originally scheduled date there is no refund of any payments already made.
